@xxdiogenescynicxx Sorry but your miss-informed or your not up to date on your research. Craigs exercises are perfectly acceptable UNLESS you already have a pre exixting PROBLEM with you knees. Only then they may cause some people a few peroblems. Excellent video.
@CheezMonsterCrazy Again another person who believes your knees are not supposed to go over your toes, wrong! That was based on just one study about 50 years ago which when rwplicated recently many times over the same reseults from that old outdated study could not be replicated. It is now perfectly acceptable and scientifically backed to allow your knees to pass your toes and it be safe for most of the a large percentage of the population. UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR KNEES.

hey can you help me out please, i have many family members with knee/joint issues. I also cannot do any of the above exercises as they create a pain behind the knee cap, what should i do?
@BetterMyBody Replying to the wrong person. o.0 I wasn’t commenting on any sort of form. Simply walking causes wear on your joints, and while our bodies have systems in place to repair this wear, over time the damage compiles. I’m not entirely sure how you took my comment to mean that I think your knees going past your toes is unhealthy, but I don’t. What I meant was really that if you don’t want to do any damage to your knees, you may as well sit for the rest of your life.
